General Terms and Conditions - Green Gates Export
Article 1 - Definitions
- Seller: Green Gates Export.
- Buyer: The professional purchaser of products and/or services
- Products: Potatoes, onions and related agricultural products
Article 2 - Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders and agreements between Green Gates Export and the buyer.
Article 3 - Quotations and prices
- All quotes are without obligation unless stated otherwise
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and transport costs
- Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions
Article 4 - Delivery and transport
- Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
- Delivery takes place according to Incoterms 2020 (standard EXW unless otherwise agreed)
- Transport services are offered separately
Article 5 - Quality and complaints
- Products meet current quality standards
- Complaints must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery
- Perishable products cannot be returned
Article 6 - Payment
- Payment must be made within the agreed payment term
- In case of late payment we are entitled to charge interest
Article 7 - Liability Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.
Article 8 - Applicable law Dutch law applies to all agreements.
